Full stadiums all around
Football fans in the area will have a bunch of opportunities to get their fix on Saturday as stadiums across Sioux Falls will be jumping.
Both the University of Sioux Falls and Augustana have home games on Saturday. The Cougars host Minnesota State-Moorhead at Bob Young Field, and Minot State visits
Kirkeby-Over Stadium on Augie’s campus. Both games are scheduled to kick at 1 p.m.
While the college ranks are ramping up, the four public high schools in Sioux Falls will be preparing for the 26th annual Presidents Bowl at Howard Wood Field. The Presidents Bowl is a fundraiser supporting the Booster Clubs at Jefferson, Lincoln, Roosevelt, and Washington.
- Roosevelt and Washington are scheduled to kick at 2 p.m., while Lincoln and Jefferson are scheduled to go at 5 p.m.
Later that night, O’Gorman hosts Harrisburg at 7 p.m. in Dakota Bowl XLVIII on the Bishop O’Gorman campus on the corner of 41st Street and Kiwanis Avenue.
