- Beyond the work, though, Epling thrives in his relationships with customers and fellow employees. He said he's even had customers who met him at his first Silverstar job at 26th and Marion who've followed him now to his current location.

Q&A: Meet Noah Epling

What do you like most about working for Silverstar? The team atmosphere and the satisfaction of turning dirty cars to clean cars, as well as the customer satisfaction.
What do you do on a typical day? I fix broken equipment and make sure the wash is running according to expectations. I am also a wash bay attendant and float out in the bay, sometimes cashiering.
How do you approach your job? Get as many cars processed and get them clean (while) making the customers happy. If they're not satisfied ... we'll take care of it.
What's next for you? I hope to become an assistant manager. I'm working my way up.
