With more than 20 properties featured, there's something for everyone, but here's a closer look at just a few of the properties available for tours.
The One2
Bringing modern living to one of the most walkable, most connected corridors of downtown, The One2 also provides a slice of peace with a private, elevated courtyard.
"You’re right by all of the hustle and bustle of downtown – without being right in the middle of it," Johnsen said.
Other amenities include underground parking, and units available ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments.
The Carlton at Dawley Farm
This new, east-side community blends contemporary design with function, offering housing near a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options.
Units range from studio to three-bedroom apartments, and amenities include a community room, fitness center, indoor pool and optional add-on underground parking.
Harvest Ridge
These townhomes are one of Lloyd's newest offerings with brand-new two- and three-bedroom townhomes located near 41st Street and Tea/Ellis Road.
- These two-level townhomes also include an attached garage and an outdoor back patio.
"Every property will have either the property manager or a leasing agent there to take you on a tour and answer any questions you might have," Johnsen said. "And they can help you apply right there on the property."
