Lux North is located on the northwest side of Sioux Falls near Interstate 29 with easy access to nearby schools and employers.

One2

The One2 is one of Lloyd's most popular properties located one block east of Phillips Avenue in the heart of downtown.

  • Amenities include a one-of-a-kind outdoor courtyard on the second level, featuring a fire pit, kitchen and dog park.
  • Inside the complex there's also a community room and fitness center, and wifi is included in the rent, as is one underground parking space.
